An Evening to Benefit Type 1 Diabetes

About the Event
The Promise Ball will be held virtually
on Saturday, May 22nd with an exciting backdrop, “Escape to
Margaritaville”! We will celebrate the evening virtually by sharing
stories of inspiration and hope, important advances in research and
expressing gratitude to our supporters all while raising critical funds
for type one diabetes research.
What will this year’s program look like?
The 30-minute virtual program, hosted by Joe
D’Ambrosio, will include mission highlights, sponsor and supporter
recognition, an amazing auction and entertainment. “Guests” will have an
opportunity to support JDRF’s mission by contributing through the
auction and our signature Fund A Cure Program.

How Can I Participate?
• Be A VIP Host
Host a small gathering of family, friends and/or co-workers to
watch the evening’s program and bid on auction items. We will help get
your party started with our “party in a box”, it includes all the

• Register to Bid in the Silent Auction
Register and bid remotely throughout gala weekend on amazing
auction packages that include unique experiences, travel, home

**Please note, all guests must pre-register to participate in
the silent auction. The bidding will begin on May 17th and bidders will
not be able to place a bid without registering first. Please register
no later than May 14th to gain access to bid. Once registered, you’ll
receive a text inviting you to view all items right through your
smartphone before the silent auction begins. You’ll then be able to bid
on all items while the Auction is open (May 17 - 22)**
